After a thorough market research on the best options available to Generali, Koll recommended we renew our existing lease at All Seasons Place. The savings achieved by Koll were over 23 million Baht.

Koll was appointed in 2010 to act as our sole property representative to renew our existing lease for over 9000 sqm. Koll achieved incredible results, as such the final savings achieved by Koll were over 6.5 Million USD. The fee payable to Koll raised eyebrows at corporate, however once it was explained Koll ‘s fee was calculated 100% from savings.

Tesco Lotus appointed Koll to carry out detailed procurement services for our car fleet in total 235 vehicles.
