Project Management – Fit Out
Koll’s Project Management Division provides clients with an independent specialist service to manage the design, procurement, budget/cost control, and construction processes of a project. We aim to deliver a functionally and financially viable project that is completed on time, within authorized cost, and to the required quality standards.
During the pre-construction phase of a project we provide advice on time, cost, quality, health & safety, environmental, and risk management issues. The project management team may also be involved with developing the project budget, design brief, conceptual/detailed design, procurement strategy, and reviewing the design elements from a value engineering point of view. In the project’s construction phase we manage procurement, selection of tenderers, contract award, quality control, quality assurance, construction works, programming & scheduling, relevant authority submissions, contract administration, cost control, authorized payments, variations, works handover, and remedying of defects.
Koll’s project management objectives are to deliver the project within the shortest possible timeframe, on or below budget, in compliance with corporate governance requirements, in accordance with the client’s specified quality, whilst maintaining third party relationships and the highest possible standards of labour management, site safety, and environmental responsibility.
Past project management experience has been gained in the commercial field with clients such as : Nike, Tesco Lotus, Standard Chartered, Reuters, J. Walter Thompson, Kimberly Clark, Caltex Oil, Makro, and the Bank of America.
In terms of residential properties, Koll (Thailand) has undertaken project management work for clients such as : Nichada Thani, Somprasong, Raimon Land, and Baan Piman I.
