Koll provides a comprehensive property management service.We manage

on an individual client basis. We have developed an in-house real estate management
organization that provides the framework to structure systems and procedures

The property management objectives of Koll are to manage in the most
professional, scientific and economical way in order to create a pleasant environment
for the owners, tenants and general public. This will not only enhance the image of
property, but will also maximize the economical value of the asset.
In order to achieve these objectives Koll will provide a professional team to perform the building services, administration, management, accounting and legal functions. The team will evaluate all existing physical aspects of any building and provide the owners with a complete building audit report. Koll will then recommend various upgrading with a report that specifies priority issues to be addressed with cost estimates. Once the building has undergone this audit a thorough mechanical preventive maintenance program will monitor the building. The committee will receive a concise monthly report highlighting current issues underway or pending, and a comprehensive financial report including receivables reconciliation's and cash flow analysis.
Contracts include Baan Thirapa, Chidlom Place, Soi Sam, Polo Park, Luecha Exclusive, SP Mansion and Amorn Thani Place, as well as other buildings occupied by companies and several houses in and around Bangkok.
